User Locked Out after Failed Login Attempts

Issue

Issue Description
After several failed login attempts you are locked out of your Account. You get the message "Account locked due to too many failed login attempts. Reset password and login again."

 

 

 


Solution

Issue Resolution
Marketo Locks a user automatically after 5 failed login attempts.

You can either reset the password or have Marketo Support unlock your user from the backend if you know your password.

Get this error: Single ID enabled users cannot have their passwords reset
