Unable to Import Due to Field Missing

Issue

When attempting to import a program into another instance, an error occurs, displaying the message of "Unable to import due to field missing".

Solution

In order to address this issue, you should review the program that you are attempting to import, to ensure that you have not only created all fields that are referenced, but also any filter types that are used. If a Smart List filter is used in the program that identifies members of segment, then the segment will also need to be created in the other instance in order for the program to be imported.

Hi @Chinam Bajaj @Matthew Smith @Michelle Malkasian ,

I am trying to import a program and keep getting this error:

The tokens "my webinar title token,my webinar date token" are not available in the destination subscription. They are either custom fields that you have to create or need to be synced from your CRM system, if you use one.

These seem like they should be local tokens, however. The token {{my.Webinar Title}} does not exist in the original program, but {{my.Webinar Date}} do. Why is {{my.Webinar Title}} throwing an error if it does not exist in the original? And why isn't {{my.Webinar Date}} being imported with the program?

Do I need to contact support, or can you help point me in the right direction if I'm missing something?

Thanks!

Rachel
