Simulated Live webinars on GoToWebinar not syncing

Issue Description
Integration is not able to see a webinar that has been set up as a "Simulated Live" record type in GoToWebinar

Issue Resolution
This is not currently possible as the Launchpoint integration between GoToWebinar and Marketo does not utilize version 2 of the GoToWebinar API and v2 is required for "simulated live" (recorded) webinars.

Really? How is that possible? My company selected Marketo because of its rich integrations with established marketing tools. It is really disappointing to hear that Marketo does not have near-term plans to address this when simulated-live webinars are such integral piece in the modern marketer's toolbox.

All, I found a great article detailing a workaround for this ongoing Marketo shortcoming (not supporting GoToWebinar's v2.0 API, which allows visibility for Simulated Live and on-demand webinars). It contains relatively simple, step-by-step instructions involving creating a Webhook in Marketo, then using the Webinar Key Token to process registrations w/in Marketo Webinar programs. I haven't tried using Zapier to push attendee data back over from GoToWebinar to Marketo (for Simulated Live webinars; not necessary for on-demand session types) but will cross that bridge when I get there. Hope this is helpful!
