Segmentation - Leads Assigned to a Segmentation that does not appear to exist

Issue

• Lead activity log shows "Change segment" or "Add to Segment" for a segmentation (i.e. "Change Title to "Directors")
• The named segmentation ("Title") does not show up in the segmentation list in Database

Environment

• Marketo instance with the Target Account Management feature

Solution

• Even though the activity log shows a segment activity, the segment is actually a Persona, which is a feature of Target Account Management.
