Program Imports Timing Out or Failing

Issue Description
Program imports may be taking a long time to process and then failing after ~ 30 minutes to an hour. 
 

Solution

Issue Resolution
Check the program being imported for custom object references. Custom objects are not supported in program import. In order to import, you will need to remove any custom object references from the program.
