Issue Resolution
The Marketo Sales Insight Outlook plugin is currently not supported for Office 365 Web Application. The Outlook versions it supports include:

    • Outlook 2000
    • Outlook 2003
    • Outlook 2007
    • Outlook 2010
    • Outlook 2013
    • Outlook 2016 
    • Outlook 365 Local Installation
