Marketo Live Chat is available around the clock during the week on a 24x5 schedule, excluding regional holidays. Access to Live Chat depends on your support level as shown below:

Starting a Live Chat Session

Your Authorized Support Contacts can start a Live Chat session by visiting the Support Portal at support.marketo.com. Locate and click the Live Chat link or button to initiate a chat session. If you do not see this panel in the Support Portal, you may not be an Authorized Support Contact. Please contact your Marketo admin to manage your authorized contacts.

Where to Locate the Live Chat Button

The live chat option will appear on the Support page in the Community and will also show up in the Case Connector when logging a case online.

Thank you! I am authorized, however I think the page is just being slow to load the dialog box.

Our former Support Admin left our company.  Now, users (even admins) have no way to contact support because we haven't been authorized.  But we can't gain authorization if the only person able to provide has left our company.  Marketo provides a support phone # on their homepage, but it's a recording that says "phone support is only available for authorized support admins".  We can't even use Chat!  So, the only thing we can do is to post a discussion board message like this and hope someone is tasked with looking out for bottles with messages like this sent from castaways (like us) who are spending money on Marketo but have no way of getting app support.
