How does Marketo treat owner changes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

When the owner of a record is changed in Dynamics, this action will be mirrored in Marketo in the next sync cycle.

What about when the owner of an existing record is changed in Marketo? Will the owner also change in Dynamics?

@Tiger, we don't see any changes being made in Marketo when we change the owner of a record. is there a way to troubleshoot this?
