Email deliverability

We have set-up our 250ok and sent a test email to walk through the features. I was wondering if anyone had more information about the Spam Audit. I see our email failed outlook.com, but it doesn't provide any information on what to change. I don’t see specifics of this nature in the attached document which would be really nice.
