“Change Score” Flow Step activity is not recorded or missing

Issue Description
You have a smart campaign setup and the flowstep called “Change score” activity is not logged or missing in the activity log.

Issue Resolution

If the records who qualify for the flowstep already have the same value which you have specific in the flow step, the activity will not be logged. The activities will not be logged because there is no change being made by the campaign.
