Issue Description
Cannot access 'Login' field with 'Login in Invite User Dialog' feature enabled, field does not display and therefore cannot be edited.
 

Solution

Issue Resolution
When Universal ID is enabled the "Login In Invite User Dialog" features wont work.  Universal ID functionality overrides this feature.
