Weird email subscribers

When I analyse my email links click details, noticed that some leads are clicking on all the links. It is happening for most of the emails.

After analysing noticed that leads with specific domain are performing above activity.

Question:

1) Shall I ignore/ suspend those domains?

2) How to avoid this situation in future?

3) Have you faced similar problems?
