Web Personalization - Anonymous user

Hi,

 

Looking out to do web personalization based on cart abandoned product by Anonymous user, what would be the best to achieve it.

I'm curious to see if this segmentation(attached) would accomplish what you're looking to do....

Thanks will give it a try, the other thing is I want to apply a negative criterion for Data Events and it looks like it's not feasible, so have you tried it out?
