Unsubscribe page setup

Hello Guys,

I am facing issues with unsubscribe page. This is our current unsubscribe page: SAE | Creative Media Education where one has to enter his/her email address manually and If someone is entering different email address in that case a new lead is being created.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Can they get to that page through means other than a Marketo email link?

If they can only get there via a Marketo link, then don't include the Email in the form. You can include the {{lead.Email Address}} token on the LP, but not as a form field.

No! They are getting to this page by clicking on marketo email link only. Do you mean I should add {{lead.Email Address}} token to display the email address and in the marketo form I just keep below fields:

I wouldn't bother with even that field unless it's not on the lead already.
