Question

Unable to merging contacts

Hi, 

 

I'm unable to merge contact and getting an error message. How can I merge the contact so they don't get double the communication?

The error is pretty clear, no? The field mentioned is too long for the current datatype validation rules, so trim it down in SFDC.
