Triggers not activated

I just ran a marketo Campaign. After an hour I noticed that none of the triggers were "activated." Ie. Opens email, Clicks Email, Fills out Form, ect.  

I've activated them now, but the prospects who ran through before the activation are not showing up. I can't tell if anyone (no less who) has filled out the form. 

How can I populate the campaign status with the people who ran through previous to the trigger activation? Thanks!

HI Alison -

You will want to run a batch campaign, not a trigger campaign, to capture the folks who qualified but did not run through the program earlier and move them to the correct status.

Create a smart list to see who has filled out the form, then drill it down to see, who has filled out the form but campaign status is not updated.

Remember that you want to put folks in the right place based on their most recent behavior i.e. if someone clicked, you don't want to group them into the open status, since their most recent behavior is greater than an open.
