Triggered Nurture Email Deployment

Can the nurture email be deployed in 45 minutes or it has to be a longer format (1 hour, 1 week, etc.). I would like to know what increments are available. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I believe you're referencing Nurture Stream Cadence? I'm not aware of any limitations on when it can be sent -- The engagement program will have all the smart lists built, so it's my impression that it should be able to start deployment any time in the future (Marketo usually recommends 15-min). Caveat: I haven't tested this.
