The page's title tag is not unique

Hi. I'm using the Marketo SEO tool to look at a specific page on our website. One of the issues it's reporting is "The page's title tag is not unique," but this is the only page on the site with this title tag. What could be causing this issue?

What other tool do you use instead?You can use Screaming Frog (yes, that's what it's called).

Seems like it is possible that the Title Tag is not unique after all. How did you verify that it is indeed unique?
