Send Email Not Working

Jonny, has this person already run through the campaign, and is now being limited from running through again (in the Send Email Smart Campaign settings)?

I'd check what Dory suggests. You might also be missing this email as a Lead or it could be unsubscribed and the email is not set to operational.

Thanks for the replies. I'm using my own work email to do some testing and that's the email that is not working with the smart campaign "Send Email." It works when I send test emails to it and in other campaigns when it's used as an alert email address. The email does not work with the "Send Email" smart campaign even though gmail emails do work... 

I made sure the campaign can be ran through unlimited number of times. Also, the email is not unsubscribed or set to operational. I'm stumped.

Have you hit the daily or weekly communications limits? I'd check the log for that email address to see why it's being skipped.

Hey Jonny, you'd check the activity log of that record. This will tell you if the email was prevented for some reason. If it isn't there at all, then something is blocking it within the smart list of your campaign.
