Sales Insight section not showing in the leads/contacts/accounts record.

Hi, We have Marketo Sales Insight installed poperly but  the Marketo Sales Insight sub-section is not showing in the leads/contacts/accounts record. When I go to page layout and try editing, it shows up. But not in the actual record. Am I missing a step here?

Is it not showing up for everyone (not even for the sys admin)? Or does it show for some and not for others?

It was installed a couple of years ago and our SFDC support said it was installed properly. Its not showing up for anyone. I am the sys admin and I can't see it.

Hi Cathal,

I just checked the link that you sent and went through the entire process rechecking to see if we have followed it. Looks like one step was missing - making edits in the visualforce page. Anyway, after changing that I am able to see the sales insight section in leads/contacts. Thanks for your help.
