Run a report for visited certain site first then filled out any form.

Kymberlee, best way would be to go to Lead Database and create a smartlist with two criteria:

• visited web page = [yourSite]
• filled out form = any

Thank you but I have that report but I should clarify a bit.  I want to look up someone who visited our campaign site first before visiting any other assets of ours.  

The smartlist you defined shows if they visit that site at all, even after filling out the form or had visited our corporate site first.

There are a few ways to do this. One of the ways is creating a campaign to start tagging leads that fit your critiera. This also means that you won't be able to report these leads without some manual tracking (exporting lead records from the report above and having an intern look over the dates activities happened).

You can create the campaign to start tracking with the following steps:

• create a static list - this will be your holder of leads that meet the criteria of your campaign, e.g. leads that first visited your site, then filled out any form
• make a triggered campaign that has the following smartlist critiera: trigger - fills out a form = any, filter - visited landing page = yourSite
• flow should be add to the list you created in step 1

Effectively, anyone who's filled out a form after visiting your site will be tracked in the static list.

If you want those that visited your campaign site and then filled out the form, you'll need to have a smart campaign that creates the static list when they visit your campaign stie.  Then another smart list that removes them from the smart list if they visit another page and have not filled out the form.

I would like the list to only include people who have visited the microsite before any other asset.  For example, if they visit our corporate site and then visit the microsite, I would not like this to be included.  Does this work with the steps suggested?  Thank you so much for helping!

To exclude leads that have other page visits, includes a Not Visited Web Page filter with the "is not" operator and the name of your microsite and a Visited Web Page filter with the "is" operator and the name of your microsite.

I still would like to show the leads if they have visited other sites. I just would like to only show leads who visited the microsite first before any other site.

Sorry, I was slightly off in my prior post.  I should have said that in addition to the includes a Not Visited Web Page filter, your smart campaign should have a Visits Web Page trigger (not filter) with the "is" operator and the name of your microsite.  This will ensure that only leads that visit the microsite first and have not visited another web page are added to the static list, which you will reference in your report's smart list Member of List filter.
