Program Performance Reports- Success Calculation

In Marketo Program Performance Reports, are the number of "New Names" also included in the "Success" metric?

New names are also marked as "acquired by" in events. This means that these are net new leads that were acquired by that program.

As for successes, you can set these in the channel progression statuses. Ex for an event and you may want the success to be "attended" or  for a tradeshow "visited booth". You can edit these in admin - tags- channel - and then edit the progression statuses.
