Not Allowed- error message

This message popped up when trying to approve an email. Any idea how to fix it?

Hi Allie,

You email is likely using a Script token which raises this error. The error itself seems to be created from your data model and specifically the Database__c custom object that is associated and mapped more than once. I remember we had a similar problem a long time ago.
