Hi ,

What all information is captured by the "updated at" filter while creating a smartlist?

Basically the filter "Updated At" is a system timestamp and accounts for anything updated on that lead record:

Ex.

- data value changes

- added to list

- engagement program stream changes

Got it. I was looking to identify inactive leads in the database. However, looks like I might have to use the usual " not clicked / opened " etc filters to filter them out.

Correct, for inactive leads I would query the inactivity filters available in the smart list.
