Lead Already in Flow When Flow Is Edited

If I have a lenghty flow with numerous email sends divided by wait steps, and I decide to add another email at the end of the flow, will those individuals that are already in the flow at the time of the edit be included in the last email send? Or, does Marketo complete the flow as it was at the time the person entered it?

yes.

you only need to worry about wait steps - if you remove wait steps, the leads in that step will still be there.
