Hi everyone,I have a landing page which will be used by Sales rep to capture customer registrations, when the sales rep submits the form I dont want the visit web page activity and form submission activity being captured on the sales rep records. I tried disabling the munchkin tracking at template level and also tried adding script provided in the below page but the activity was still getting captured on the sales rep record. Can someone suggest me how to get this done.

I have a paragraph inside an email that needs to be altered depending on certain lead attributes. LaunchPoint offers a "Delete Service" option for event partners. With our list of past event partners becoming increasingly unruly, I'd love to delete them. Will this cause any issues with reporting on past events?

Hello Community!   Today we faced with the Marketo forms issue: if you left required field empty and clicked "Submit" button - you cannot submit form anymore. Seems like the latest update of forms2.min.js script is causing this - once you click "Submit" and if form is not valid, the "Submit" button gets "disabled" attribute. But it is never removed even if you fill required field. And I am pretty sure button has never become "disabled" before.   I created ticket to Marketo support with all description and they are working on it something like 12 hours already.   I am wondering - does anybody else experience this issue? Have you found some workarounds to fix this?

Hello! I have some leads that were updated accidentally and I would like to revert those values to a previous one. I know that it's not something you can do since there isn't an undo function in Marketo but I know that it's possible to pull that information using an API. Does anyone have any resources on how to do it? I am new to using APIs and any help will be useful. A majority of the leads were fixed but there are still some that needs to be updated again.  Is this something that I should do, definitely don't want to break anything, just want to pull information. I have some coding experience but nothing too crazy

Hello Community,  I am trying to understand what may be causing a form button to not display on a marketo landing page. We recently had a form re-styled and applied JS to the form button. The form displayed as expected when testing and after adding the form to a test landing page. When we add the form to the required landing page something is stopping the form button from displaying. Hello,We are trying to use the Push Notification option, but according to the documentation, we should use the option called "Mobile Apps & Devices". However, we cannot find this option in our sandbox.We have already searched for information in the Adobe documentation, but our screen looks different. Why is it that when I try to create a smart list for our Marketo landing page views "visited web page", it comes up as not a valid webpage? 

We're sponsoring an event and their people have a rule that we can only send 1 email to their registrants. So far, I cannot seem to come up with a way to import the list and ban them from receiving other emails. How should I go about importing the list into Marketo, but preventing them from automatically entering our nurtures/upcoming emails? Any advice or suggestions would be helpful.

When I publish a blog post on my site and toggle on the 'gated content' option on the Webflow side, a Marketo global form automatically pulls through embedded on the published blog. Does anyone know how to change and select the Marketo form that defaults for Webflow gated content? 

Hello,I'm looking to build utilization reports in Marketo Engage so that I can see (for example) programs, forms, emails - by created date (but not interested in metrics for these reports).  By using the global search i can open up a new window of filters and choose my assets and time range. The problem is, there is no option to export, and the data isn't laid out as a table that i can copy/paste to excel.Is there a better way to get this type of report ?Thanks!

We've started adopting the new email editor for select email sends, but I am finding that the emails I create are not recognized elsewhere in Marketo after being published. For example, we sent an email last week to a pretty large audience, but when I go to create an email performance report, the email is not listed in its program and thus, cannot be selected. Yesterday, when I was trying to schedule one of these emails to send as part of a flow, the email did not pull up in the "Send Email" dropdown at all. I tried removing and re-adding the flow step, even creating a new smart campaign, but could not get the email to show up. Another user in my instance was able to add the flow step for me, but I still can't get it to show up. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

We had a webinar, and in preparing to send out the follow-up (attended and no-show) emails, we noticed that the statuses hadn't changed from Registered to Attended or No-Show.On closer inspection, we noticed that the event status for the webinar program is still listed as "Waiting for Attendee List," rather than "Event Completed." I clicked "Refresh from Webinar" in the program Members section, but it hasn't updated.  

Hello, While looking through the Web Page Activity report for anonymous website visits, there are two areas of incomplete information. The Page Views tab shows how many pages a lead visited but the link is missing that would reveal the specific pages visited. Additionally, the Entry Page data is partial only showing up for some visitors. How can this missing data be included in the report?  Thank you.

We want to start issuing guarantees for our products via a more automated process. The data will be collected via a non-Marketo form on our website. In a lot of cases a copy of the guarantee email will need to be sent to a third-party who are unlikely to already have a record. I know I can get the data into Marketo via a custom object, but how do I then send the email to that third-party email address. Thanks
