I am having problems overwriting HTML

I have done this a thousand times, but today, I am trying to overwrite HTML on an email, it just keeps running and running. The new HTML never engages. Please advise.

yes, make sure there is no javascript! There shouldn't be anyway.

Can you explain more what you mean that it keeps "running and running"? 

I would do the obvious things like log in/log out, clear cache and try a different browser. 

If it persists sounds like a support issue.

are there script tags anywhere in the new HTML? I've seen that cause this behavior before.

Thanks. There was some rogue script in the HTML, I took it out and it worked right away.
