How to tell if a contact record is deleted in the API export

I'm using stitchdata to perform a bulk data extract on the leads in my marketo and push them into a postgres relational database. After querying a few times I am realizing some people who have been deleted in my marketo database are still in my postgres database. Any field like "isdeleted" (which we have in like sfdc) for marketo to denote if the person is actively in our instance?
