How to create and use token in an email in order to track a lead that fills a contact form ?

I want Marketo to send an "alert" email to my sales representatives to inform them when a lead fills out a contact form to be recalled.

In this email, I want the lead name to appear automatically (and if possible all the information it has indicated in the contact form)

I was told to use a token for that, but I do not know how to use it, and what fields to choose ...
