How do I create multiple fields at once?

We are duplicating an instance of Marketo and want to do a bulk upload of all our fields so we don't spend hours working on it.  Is this possible?

Do these fields exist in salesforce also? If yes, when you will sync the new Marketo instance with the salesforce, the fields get created in Marketo automatically.

If not, please contact to Marketo support they will move your list of the fields very easily and quickly.
