Good Quality Vendor List

I am looking to purchase a CIS vendor list for an upcoming campaign I am working on but have not come across a vendor that provides high quality contacts. Can anyone suggest a good company to purchase a high quality vendor list from?

Purchased lists violate the terms of use of your Marketo contract. So: no.
