Error Message in Forward to a Friend

Hi,

I need help in finding solution for this. When I try to send a email using "forward to a friend" option, I get a error message as shown in the below image.

Please suggest me how this can be solved.

Hi Ananthan,

When you send the original email, are you sending it as a test or through a campaign or flow action?

The email must be sent through a flow action in order for the Forward to a Friend link to work correctly.

    Thanks John. Now that makes sense. I use test not flow action.
