If a lead is blocked from receiving an email in a program due to its filters, what hapens in the next cast? Does the lead try to go through the same program or does it move to the next program/email in the queue?

Hi Tole

Since you have filtered the lead at a program level, it will be blocked forever for the program, even if it is qualified for the next cast in the program.

If the lead is blocked due to filters, they will not receive any content in this cast.  In the next cast, they will receive the next piece of content in the stream.

What if a lead was blocked from a program due to filters last cast, but it's qualified this cast? Would it go through the program or would it forever be blocked from that program?
