Does marketo strip conditional statements

My outlook email comes in, but it seems to strip my conditional statements e.g. check outlook version and add html.Is marketo stripping conditional statements and/or comments?

We believe so.  See this thread here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000Q2VKAA0.  We had tried to deploy these fixes to solve the issues - using the solution here - that we've identified for those users who have set their Windows scaling to anything above 100% (125% or 150%).
