Does Marketo SOAP API support getting metadata of customer objects?

From the online document, SOAP API only supports getCustomObjects, syncCustomObjects and deleteCustomObjects, but REST API also supports Describe Custom Objects to get the metadata of custom objects. Does Marketo SOAP API also support to obtain the metadata of custom objects?

No SOAP does not support describe for custom objects.  You can retrieve this data from the REST call or from the UI.
