Question

Chatbot solutions for Marketo

Hi Team,

I am looking for chatbot solutions which integrate with Marketo forms. Ideally actually a solution I can potentially just copy past the form script in rather than set the connection/ integration via marketo.

Any solutions here?

Thank you.

Stefan

You'll need to describe in full what you mean by "integrate." Commercial chat solutions like Drift have a JS API that can submit a (hidden) Marketo form, but that's only one particular element of integration.

@stefanet We have launched Dynamic Chat, a new chat capability of Marketo. For more details: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/introducing-dynamic-chat-for-adobe-marketo-engage/ba-p/322739
