Capping email sends for MSI Emails

MY Sales Team is leveraging prospecting emailing out of MSI by creating a Lead/Contact View and than selecting "Send Marketo Email". Bad News is, they are sending it to thousands of emails/week! Is there a way to cap the number of sends?

You don't have much control over restricting sending MSI emails.

They should only be able to send 200 at a time. Is that not the case?

If they are sending thousands, then you need to take this away from them or tell them to stop somehow. Mass emails are marketing's job, sales shouldn't be doing this for all sorts of legal reasons. If they need territory campaigns, then setup a process to handle ones for more than 200.
