Can I send multiple emails in the same program?

I have created an email program "Sideline Seats" and have 3 individual emails I want to send within that program.  Do I have to set up 3 different assets? Or can I send them the way I have them set up now?  See photo below...

You should create an Email Program for each email you want to send - that way you can take advantage of the email program's dashboard report to view the results.  Once you create the two other email programs, you can move the email assets into them and then use the below control panel to set up the send for each of them.
