Campaign Sync Backlog

We have a considerable backlog in the Campaign Queue. Any advice on how to investigate this would be greatly appreciated.

Just to note, per support recommendations, already working to optimize our instance and collaborating with the Salesforce team to look into the issue.

Is your backlog specifically on Campaigns, Campaign Members, or Campaign Member Status? Have you tried using SFDC Sync Dashboards , Sync Status ?
