Calendar HD Presentations

I have the calendar feature in Marketo but I can't seem to see the presentation icon on the bottom right hand corner.  How do you access this feature? I've checked the role access and Calendar Presentations is ticked.

The Calendar HD product is an add-on product.  You would need to speak to your rep if you are interested in purchasing.
