API to fetch list of Objects in Marketo

Hi,

Want to know the complete Object list of Marekto which is used for Integration

So my question is:

is there an API by which we can get full list of objects in Marketo?

Not an API call but see if you can use

Are you expecting the fields in Marketo to change regularly in your instance? Does it need to be coded and made fully automated in API code?
