Anchor tags not clickable in Chrome

Hi
          We have muchkin tracking code on the website, The anchor tags becomes unresponsive in Chrome. It takes to the target files in other browsers.


This issue mainly happens on pdf links

When i remove the munchkin tracking code , there is no issue in chrome
