Adding a date / time stamp to a URL

I have a Smart Campaign that changes a data value {{trigger.web page}} when someone submits a form from a particular page... This triggers a specific email to be sent

Now is it possible to add a date/ time trigger to that so that if someone submits the form on the same webpage twice they still get the email?

At the moment it is not working because if I request the email again then the data value doesn't change therefore not triggering the email send....

Help much appreciated!

Yes, make it just a string.

Sure, just append -{{System.DateTime}} as well.

Thanks (AGAIN) Sanford....

I get an error and it says Date/ Time token not available for URL type. Is this referring to the field type I have create and I need to change the field type to make that combination work?
