add to calendar email invitations

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to add an "add to calendar" link in emails and landing pages for events or webinars?

We are using GoTo Webinar and our account is integrated/setup in Marketo and generally works fine.

Hi Leora,

You can easily for emails and LPs if these emails and LPs are part of a program, which should be the case if you integrate with GTW, as GTW integration works through programs (Understanding My Tokens in a Program - Marketo Docs - Product Docs )

This is how to do it :

  • Go the the program and select the "My Tokens" tab and create a new token, type Calendar file.
  • Fill in the token and save it. In the token edit dialog, in the description field, you can included some other tokens, and especially the tokens that include the connection link.
  • Edit the email, and just paste the token where you want
