Is there a way to add a Canonical tag to guided landing pages? is there a token for this?

You have complete control over <meta> or <link> tags in your Guided LPT.

You can create a mktoString variable for this and use the variable instead of static text, but that's up to you.

Are there a way that we can get Marketo to get current url? maybe something like this ${currentURL}

No, there's no system token that represents the current URL like that.
