ZIP importing of HTML emails supported?

Does Marketo support the importing of HTML emails?  I know I can copy and paste HTML code into a blank email template, but is there a more use friendly way to import HTMLs for emails designed outside Marketo that I'd want to leverage inside Marketo once fully tweaked and tested?  (Yes I know I have to tweak for image locations)

Depends on whether you want to do the work to get there.

A user-friendly interface can be built using the Marketo REST API Email Template endpoint(s) and that UI could well accept multiple files (say, image assets) in a ZIP.  But if you're not a developer, this is going to be out of reach.

You could ask about getting a internal program library subscription (though I'm not sure if such a thing exists). Still, you'd need to prepare programs for import, which is sort of a chicken-egg situation.
