Zapier and Marketo Integration

I am trying to integrate Okta with with Marketo through Zapier. I want to create a lead in a list anytime a new user is activated in Okta.

I am able to get the Lead ID (email addresss) and use that in the 'Lead' field. But I keep getting the below response

How should I be sending the lead id to Marketo ?

The Lead ID is not the Email Address.

The Lead ID is... as the name suggests, the numeric Lead ID.

Also, without seeing the actual setup that's connecting to Marketo, just the error message isn't enough.
