Wrong prefill on a form again

Hi there,

I have completely the same situation as the one which was discribed in this article.

When my coleague accessed our landing page with a form, form was prefilled with one of our leads' info.
My coleague never clicked a link in Email.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Please clear cache and cookies for your browser and make sure url you are using to open the landing page dont have any maketo token value. Marketo token value is also responsible to prefilled the form.

If you still face the same problem then please share the landing page url with us.

Hello Alok R,

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Probably one of us once have accessed to the Landing Page with a tracking token from analytics result page. It makes sense and now we know how to avoid it.
