Working with outside vendors - legal contracts for giving access to our instance

Hello,

We are going to give an outside vendor access to our instance to do some work for us. I'm wondering if anyone has examples of contracts they've had vendors sign when giving them access. Trying to do this without getting our attorneys involved!

Will need to have some scope of work for your vendor so that you can limit access to all areas.
Also, think about a Non-Discloser Agreement

You only need an NDA.

As Ed says, you could restrict download of data access,  but a consultant might need that as part of the data help.
