Woo Commerce Marketo Integration

We currently have a Woo Commerce Salesforce integration and were wondering if we can so some sort of integration with Marketo.

Wondering if any of you have made the integration work. Any pointers appreciated.

You need to describe in depth what you intend to integrate: what *exactly* are you trying to accomplish on a technical level? "Some sort" isn't enough.

There are a couple of past threads on Woo Commerce that you should also search for.

Sorry for not providing clear information the first time around.

The way that our current integration works is that when someone makes a purchase on our store, an external order is created in Salesforce with all the relevant information. However, no lead/contact is created as a result although theperson information does exist in Salesforce on the external order.

What we would like to do is to be able to create a lead/Contact as a result of the store purchase in Marketo for attribution and Nurturing.

Thanks for adding the necessary details!

You'll be able to do this with a WooCommerce webhook that fires on Customer Created (and, if you want, Customer Updated) events.

You won't be firing directly into Marketo as the APIs are slightly different, but instead will fire the webhook into a tiny in-between gateway app that in turn connects to Marketo (most likely with the Push Lead method on the Marketo side). The gateway will be very easy to build if you have a savvy developer.
